Job Context

    Front Desk Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Register, Process and greet Guests;
  • Guest Check in and check out;
  • Receive & transfer all incoming and outgoing calls, update PABX list, provide necessary information to the client, supplier, vendor and office Employee & take messages/ notes;
  • Welcome to all clients, visitors & guests in to the front office in a professional manner and maintain records to Front Desk operation;
  • Providing on time services to guests for appointments or any other information;
  • Supporting for department’s internal work for better service;
  • Effective communication skill with guest and management;
  • Inform guests about upcoming events and any promotional activities;
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing documents and other transactions through postal / courier services of dispatch section;
  • Distribute the documents / courier/ parcel to the concerned with their valid signature in the dispatch;
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company;
  • Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • H.S.C/Graduate in any discipline preferable B.A/BBA/ English/ Office Management/ Human Resource background from any recognized educational institutions.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants having 1-2 years same/equivalent position experiences in front desk area will get preference.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences at Front Desk Management in reputed Car Showroom/ Bank/ Multinational companies/ Group of companies;
  • Demonstrated supervisor skills; good judgment and common sense;
  • Should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent;
  • Sound in PBX telephony system and pretty phone conversation voice;
  • Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite, business communication, internet browsing, strong typing speed both in English and Bengali;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others as well as respect the top management of company and carry positive relationship with her colleagues;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bengali.

Salary

  • Tk. 15000 – 20000 (Monthly)
  • Two Festival Bonus, Rewards, regular benefits as per company policy and salary pays into bank account.
