Assist in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures in line with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration
Determining and seek individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all types of training
Assist in probation evaluation process
Support line manager as it relates to employee relation issues
Conduct regular compensation survey to benchmark our position in the industry
Analyze the vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy
Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general
Prepare monthly report as per assigned
