Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operation
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures in line with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration
  • Determining and seek individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all types of training
  • Assist in probation evaluation process
  • Support line manager as it relates to employee relation issues
  • Conduct regular compensation survey to benchmark our position in the industry
  • Analyze the vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy
  • Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general
  • Prepare monthly report as per assigned

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in HRM

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR Operations, HR Policy
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office
  • Knowledge of Labor Law
  • Interpersonal relationship
