Job Responsibilities

  • New Employee Personal file prepare.
  • Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.
  • Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution.
  • Complete monthly employee bank accounts opening all formalities.
  • Update Employee Information.
  • To arrange, conduct & process Recruitment & Selection as per policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
  • Assist interview session.
  • Administer the overall management of HR functions including hiring, transfer, termination, and separation of all employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system.
  • Conduct Monthly General Meeting with company’s improvement agendas.
  • Monthly missing finger and late attendance report prepare.
  • Assist in performance management process.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, turnover data etc.) according to policy and legal requirement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Skills Required: Communication, Computer Proficiency, Smart and Dedicated
