Job Context

  • We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment of Executive position who has substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenges & deliver high-quality results.
  • Job Location: Head Office & Project.

Job Responsibilities

  • General office administration, Documents Controlling, support organizational and staff management.
  • Day to day HR and Administrative jobs, should have capabilities to handle any types of difficulties and solve with professional manner.
  • To maintain daily attendance of employees, maintain & update all sorts of leave.
  • For project- have to ensure project safety and security. From head office have to supervise site safety, security and maintenance & support team.
  • Have to send report from project to Head Office timely & from head office have to collect all types of report from all the ongoing project. Drafting official letters, Notes etc. in both Bengali & English.
  • Maintain & update employee database and provide manpower status report based on requirements.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters in English/ MBA in HRM/ Management from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction project related HR & Administrative works.
  • Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged.
  • Preference will be given to the Retired Defense (Non- Commissioned) Personnel’s.
  • Candidate who has experience in construction site & good English skill in drafting & corresponding with govt. semi govt. offices and good knowledge for compliance, labor law etc. will be given priority.
  • Well conversant with computer Applications.
  • Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
