Job Description



Job Context

    Supervision: The person will work under the direct supervision of the Manager—Finance and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment processes of staff, enumerators, consultants, interns and volunteers according to SOP.
  • Coordinate induction processes for new staff and update induction manual regularly.
  • Support to organization staff training on capacity development.
  • Maintain attendance and leave register.
  • Initiate performance evaluation of the staff in due time.
  • Prepare and update contract papers and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation.
  • Support to assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Provide supporting documents to staff and stakeholders.
  • Support the smooth separation of staff and conduct exit interview.
  • Act as the central point of contact for telephone, email and postal enquiries
  • Ensure to filing all tasks in accordance with the SOP
  • Enlisting vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure maintenance of vehicle and provide vehicle support of staffs when needed.
  • Purchase office stationery materials and maintain inventory
  • Oversee the work of support staff

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or relevant discipline from any university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • At least two years of practical experience in HR in national/international organization.
  • Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Have the working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be a self-starter

Job Location

Anywhere in Bangladesh


  • Tk. 30000 – 50000 (Monthly)
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and the outcome of the recruitment assessment.
