Job Responsibilities

• To ensure full QA process is maintained during shift. Fabric testing, inspection, shade, quality & decision making
• To review & sign the inspection report both inline and final & give decision, GSM continuity and roll to roll shade continuity. Give the report of batches that failed or don’t comply with standard.
• To ensure the release the weight sheet of batches for delivery and ensure transfer of fabric to MCD during their shift. Ensure the priority of urgent batch, coordinate & update with assigned person from QAD.
• To ensure root cause analysis of batches having major defect. Complete process route and other information should be mentioned in the inspection report share to AGM QAD daily.
• Review all inspection report and give signature. Major problem share to AGM QAD- Knowledge about brand buyer inspection and procedure, to give on time decision
• To summarize all buyer wise batches having major problem during inspection, to address repeated defect and forward the information to QA AGM/ QA DGM for further call out to production dept.
• To ensure proper utilization of QA manpower in shift, give guideline and train subordinates, to maintain good housekeeping in the QAD area. Train all inspector/supervisor
