Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and update buyer’s running order and report status to related department.
• Review all inline/final inspection report and conduct counter inspection of fabric then make final decision.
• Coordinate with PMC & delivery section on transfer of fabric which are passed on all quality parameters.
• Monitor and inform quality problem & details at the start of production of every order to related department for corrective action.
• Monitor the dye lot inspection, preparation and submission and provide update to related department.
• Coordinate with testing department for test results & inform to concern department in case of failed results to have corrective action.
• Maintain shade, gsm, continuity & inspection reports for Buyer’s reference during visits.
• Visit buyer’s office for quality & technical discussions if necessary.
• Follow urgent work order.
• Make weight sheet and release fabrics to store.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Give continuous guideline to the subordinate.
• Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Textile Engineering
