Job Context

• Denim Solutions Limited is a local Washing Chemical Supplier/ Distributor (100% import) Company and one of the pioneers Supplier/ Distributor in the KAISER (Global distributor of Laundry) Company at Dhaka and Chittagong basis of Bangladesh. Sales and Marketing Division under Denim & Jeans Technology Ltd, a subsidiary of Denim Solutions Ltd. In order to meet its personnel requirements, the company is looking for young, energetic and educated talents to meet the positions.
• Work Station: Head Office, Uttara Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide factory-level technical support to our customers.
• This technician will give support via phone, web, email, chat and if need then attend physically to the factory to solve the problem.
• Any other duties assigned by Management Team.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 21 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• A background in electrical engineering is necessary.
• Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
• Smart in negotiation and presentation.
• Strong technical matter handling capability.
• Automation and auto cad must need to know as professional standard.
• 01-02year(s) experience in reputed Denim Washing Plant as maintenance responsible will be preferable.
• Excellent communication skill both English and Bengali & Must have MS Excel chart and graph making knowledge.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bangla.
• Fresher only can apply if meet the mentioned skill.
