Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in software based accounting system.
• Prepare budget variance analysis to identify difference between projected & actual results and implement corrective actions.
• To arrange monthly staff salary payment, arrange /daily/weekly /monthly payments and process vouchers /transaction posting into ERP software on regular basis.
• Ensure implementation of determined financial objectives, and systems, policies & procedures in order to materialize the best practice of financial management;
• Prepare cash flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds;
• Knowledge in Government TAX & VAT rules. Prepare and timely submission of Tax and VAT return.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial report of the organization.
• Carry out daily financial transactions and ensure the transactions are properly recorded in Accounting System/ ERP software.
• Process the vendor’s payments in timely fashion.
• Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in Database
• Prepare/produce audit documents, facilitate the auditor and prepare audit report.
• Any other related tasks as assign by the Management

Educational Requirements

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Professional Certification: CA CC / ICMAB.
• Masters of Commerce in Accounting/ Finance/ MBA

• 3 to 5 year(s)

  ERP, Real Estate, VAT and Tax
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 years
