Job Context

  • Selim Azam International Ltd. is currently looking for experienced, dynamic, and high-potential professionals for the position.
  • To ensure Company Growth in terms of Human Resource Management as well as business profitability.
  • Workplace: Work at head office
  • Job Location: Nurjahan Sharif Plaza (5th Floor), 34, Purana Paltan, Dhaka – 1000, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute overall office operation and administration functions of the Company.
  • To coordinate & monitor manpower requirements as per the approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection, and placement.
  • Able to develop HR strategies and policies in the eye of laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases.
  • Updating and maintaining employee salary, benefits, welfare activities, employment status, and similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Validate attendance and leave data for all workers; Calculate final wages basis overtime and valid deductions.
  • Maintaining Liaison with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
  • Performance evaluation/KPI calculation.
  • Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.
  • Must know Microsoft office.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • Hon’s /Masters OR, BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
  • PGD in HRM will be added extra value.
