A renowned Group of Companies is looking for some Dynamic & Experienced Executive/Senior Executive to enrich their Factory HR Team who`ll have hands on experience in policy development, HR reporting & manpower analysis.
Design, develop different HR policies and update the existing ones as and when required.
Prepare different HR reports periodically.
Analyze manpower and justify the requirements
Prepare different organograms as and when required.
Coordinate & supervise people development programs.
Work at office
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Post Graduation in the same discipline will add value
Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill., Negotiation Skills, Team player
2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Policy, Reporting and Documentation
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Age 27 to 36 years

Hands on experience in different HR report preparation will be considered as an advantage.
