Act as key contact point to manage evolving client expectations, needs, and priorities to ensure client satisfaction
Support Ticketing Task management (tracking, assigning, checking back ticket).

Age 24 to 30 years

Knowledge on Linux, Windows and Mac OS support, in addition – Information security, cloud SaaS, Cisco, Mikrotik, networking, Scripting, clustering, High availability, fault-tolerance and storage backup etc. anyone or more expertise.
Networking and Datacenter literacy will get preference.
IT Compliance and Cybersecurity knowledge will get advantage.
Need to have strong interpersonal skills, good listener, especially when problems arise.
Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at same time and capability to work independently.
Ability to propose viable solutions to problems, strong analytic skills and action Oriented.
Desire to learn globalization by working closely with a delivery organization
Mastery of English language skill – both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements :-
Capability to work in any delivery zones or regions.
Ability to work at Night shift including 24/7 roster based (Max- 8 Hrs.) duty.
