Job Context

    Ensuring efficient services, finding solutions, generating new ideas related to work and supervise teammates, collaborate with the relevant departments to better address client needs & providing regular updates to the higher management, guide team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources, work under pressure, research, problem solving capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as key contact point to manage evolving client expectations, needs, and priorities to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support Ticketing Task management (tracking, assigning, checking back ticket).
  • Network Management (Internet troubleshoot, ISP communicate, solving immediate problems) & Ensuring network up time.
  • Floor Diagram (managing changes, workstation, planning, coordinating)
  • IT procurement management (Planning, Price collect based on required products specifications, communicate with vendors)
  • IP phone management (balance check, service, vendor communicate)
  • Proxy access management (Proxy service checkup, vendor communicate, coordinating with team if they face problem)
  • LDAP Management (Monthly audit, update leaver’s list)
  • Other IT Portal management (updating, troubleshooting)
  • IT orientation training for new joiners
  • IT awareness training for employee time-to-time
  • Team roaster management & leave management
  • Coordinate with the IT support team to solve any kinds of technical issues and daily IT works.
  • R&D on new technical solutions/technology/processes innovations.
  • Be a part of yearly audit / compliance programs.

Educational Requirements

  • BSc in CSE/ICE/EEE or similar subjects from a reputed educational institution
  • Skills Required: CyberSecurity, Datacenter, Networking

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    IT Compliance, IT Support Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Knowledge on Linux, Windows and Mac OS support, in addition – Information security, cloud SaaS, Cisco, Mikrotik, networking, Scripting, clustering, High availability, fault-tolerance and storage backup etc. anyone or more expertise.
  • Networking and Datacenter literacy will get preference.
  • IT Compliance and Cybersecurity knowledge will get advantage.
  • Need to have strong interpersonal skills, good listener, especially when problems arise.
  • Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at same time and capability to work independently.
  • Ability to propose viable solutions to problems, strong analytic skills and action Oriented.
  • Desire to learn globalization by working closely with a delivery organization
  • Mastery of English language skill – both written and verbal.
  • Physical Requirements :-
  • Capability to work in any delivery zones or regions.
  • Ability to work at Night shift including 24/7 roster based (Max- 8 Hrs.) duty.
