Job Context

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of “Executive/Senior Executive – Operation, Tanker Logistics, BOGCL” for its Bitumen Plant in Keraniganj, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring of Operational activities related to loading and unloading of Tanker Vessels.
• Preparing tanker vessels daily fleet position report.
• Maintain Voyage record and voyage related documents.
• Budgeting diesel & lubricating oil for tanker vessels movement.
• Monitor voyage logbook, diesel & lubricating oil consumption.
• Repair & Maintenance requirement collection from Master/Driver in coordination with relevant parties.
• Monitor attendance Sheet & leave etc. for lighter vessel staff.
• Maintaining Lighter vessels safety & firefighting equipment as per relevant regulations.
• Maintain liaison with head office officials on regular basis.
• Distribution & checking of Line Expenses par voyage & submit monthly bill to Accounts.
• Planning to keep availability of vessel as and when required by the internal & external customers.
• Identifying problem arising in operation of vessel and arrange to resolve the same.
• Investigate the issues related to damage/ accident of the vessels.
• Monitor and oversee the activities of Masters/ Drivers and /or other employees of the vessels.
• Prepare various reports as and when required.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 36 years
• Advanced knowledge on MS Excel & MS word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in English.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Mental resilience.
