Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Communication with customer for installment collection.
  • Maintain clients record and follow up.
  • Provide service information to clients.
  • Collect necessary information from clients.
  • Receiving Customer’s complaints, Observation etc. and resolving with proper communications with concerned Departments.
  • Answering customer queries through various social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation.
  • Record customer details as per management guideline.
  • Regular follow-up with existing clients.
  • Documentation & dealing regarding Allotment, Change, Registration, Cancellation Etc.
  • Apartment and Project handover related documentation, communication and execution.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Must have knowledge for Bangla & English both typing in Computer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Smart communication & Social Media.
