    A well reputed Company is looking to get application from some potential candidates for their 100% knit Manufacturing Unit. Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review yearly, quarterly & monthly HR Budget.
  • Maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, legal affairs, issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR & Admin and Compliance issues.
  • Preparing job description, job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, shortlisting the candidates for onboarding.
  • Handling employee on-board and off-board process.
  • Manage monthly Payroll activities accurately and timely, following proper compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with other teams and to ensure timely processing of salaries and disbursements.
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews.
  • Maintain and update employee’s personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and similar records.
  • Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Resolving employee grievances and conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Assist with the day-to-day compliance issues of the human resources department like handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies
  • Provide legal assistance to HR team by verifying all the current documents, identify gaps and solve those gaps according to the underlying law.
  • Helping the HR team to arrange official meetings, trainings, and other official events.
  • Maintain liaison with support service providers like Recruiting Agencies, Banks, Telco, Catering, ID card, Security & Cleaning vendors etc.
  • Analyzing data, preparing reports on various HR metrics.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance.
  • Sound knowledge on BLA 2006 and BLR 2015, relevant local laws.
  • Good command in using MS Office Package. Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
