Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Employee competency gap assessment program of all the departments.
  • Coordinate Talent Management & Competency mapping.
  • Assist in policy process & procedure and also making JD for the required position.
  • Coordinate the employment branding and on boarding system of new employees.
  • Conduct training needs assessment to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on the requirement.
  • Prepare and modify content for various training modules
  • Design and formulate Learning and Development framework based on the needs of the organisation and the staff
  • Assess the success of training and development programs, and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with external training institutes and trainers
  • Prepare, administer and maintain the training budget
  • Evaluate learning capacity & follow up learning impact.
  • Conduct post-training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • MBA / PGD in Management get advantage
  • Skills Required: Good at english communication, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Presentation skill

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Organization Structure and Design

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 2 years of professional experience in organizational development and learning
  • development.
  • Experience building training programs with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills are required.
  • Technical writing, instructional design, eLearning authoring, and training video production.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
