Job Context

100% export oriented Caps & Headwear Manufacturer Company is looking for Qualified & Dynamic Store Executive for immediate appointment. In this position, the person will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving and managing Inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Must have a good knowledge of Fabric like: Types of Fabrics, Constructions of Fabrics, Calculations of Fabric GSM, Yarn Count, Prices of Fabric etc.
• Properly maintain the overall Inventory Management System and provide data to the management & to concern departments on time.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly Stock & Delivery Report.
• Booking and monitoring Fabric/Accessories as per requirement.
• Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order.
• Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability with maintaining compliance.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Delivery of right type of items to right places at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production against the departmental requisition.
• Take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the software-generated monthly inventory report.
• To keep all the records & documents properly like Delivery Challan, Invoice, Purchase Order, Departmental Requisition and Gate Pass etc.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness & compliance of the store area frequently.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Cap Accessories, Fabrics, Fabrics Store, Inventory Software Management, Logistics Management, Store Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Caps & Headwear factory experiences will be given priority.
• Must have deep knowledge of all kind of knit fabrics & accessories.
• Strong knowledge about fabric, garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
• Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite.
• Well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
