Job Context

Required total 5 Executives, for its VISA and Compliance department at IECC`s Dhaka head Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Continuously being engaged in Research and Development
• Day-to-day report to the Manager, Visa and Compliance department
• Counseling about studying abroad, including admission & visa requirements, Costing, etc.
• Learning about IECC’S partner universities and completing the process for details counseling
• Handling and keeping a record of primary inquiries and student counseling
• Counseling prospective students through face-to-face and other media such as Phone, social media, etc.
• Maintaining student files, handling inquiries, and making applications for admission and visa.
• Maintaining communication day to day with the universities and partners without any delay.
• Expert for Client handling face-to-face.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in any discipline (Business graduates will get preference)

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• The incumbent must have at least 1-3 years of experience in the Higher Study Abroad consultation sector
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms
• Must be experienced in Visa Consultation that includes worldwide Immigration, study permit/work permit/visit/migration visa process.
• Experienced in Handling admission and scholarship paper works
• Must have experience in talking with customers about visa-related issues.
• Experienced in preparing necessary documents, filling out forms, and maintaining files and records.
