Job Context

Mercury IT International Limited is a USA-based software company, a sister concern of Veradigm/Allscripts (https://veradigm.com). As the Expert Quality Assurance Analyst, you must review requirement specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with project management and development team to identify quality assurance steps/requirements for individual projects
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify issues and write detailed bug reports during the development cycle.
• Documenting all issues related to tests and test failure and sharing the results with the team.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Assesses customer requirements and ensures these are met.
• Takes full ownership of client/project requirements.
• Generate historical analysis of test results.
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Prepare Support Documentation, such as the User manual, Training manual, etc.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Need to understand and convey both viewpoints of the Developers as well the Stakeholders, Performing the role of a mediator.
• Should have strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge on QA automation tools is a strong plus
• Should come up with ideas for improving the ongoing process.
• Must be proactive, hard worker, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
• Back-end database testing in DB environment including validating stored procedures, jobs and triggers.
