Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fashion designs that meet the needs of our target audience.
• Create sketches and illustrations to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs can be produced at scale.
• Research industry trends and emerging styles to inform design decisions.
• Manage the design process from concept to final product, including sample creation and testing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product launches.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our target market and design products that appeal to their preferences.
