Job Context

    The Front Desk Executive is accountable for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail and ensuring an overall welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors from all levels of seniority, notify company personnel of visitor arrival and ensure visitors feel welcomed
  • Maintain visitor logbook and update information in excel
  • Issue visitors’ pass for assigned floor(s) and guide visitors if needed
  • Issue temporary ID cards for employee(s) and keep detailed records
  • Assist the ECM team with recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Provide administrative support to Finance team by communicating payment related issues
  • Ensure birthday cards and chocolates for employees by providing requisition to Procurement team in advance
  • Control the music systems in reception, canteen, and café area
  • Keep detailed records of lost and found items
  • Receive and relay internal / external messages and phone calls
  • Schedule reception area meeting rooms as per request
  • Assist employees with in-house doctor’s appointment and medical bill submission issues
  • Ensure the reception area is always neat and presentable

  • Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in the relevant field
  • Having prior experience in front office management will get preference
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships while working as a team
  • Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency – advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
