Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome all clients, visitors, guests, and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
  • Guest / visitor, messaging, and reminders for concerned officers.
  • Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons.
  • Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
  • Maintain Telephone directory of the organization.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
  • Keep all the records and maintain necessary files for various activities systematically and always updated.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali;
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
