Job Context

  • We are a growing and professionally managed Apparel / Textile Sourcing Company, specialized in PREMIUM DENIM, working for the European leading Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Front Desk / Reception
  • Attend visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer questions and address complaints, answer all incoming calls and redirect them as requested or keep messages through PABX system.
  • Manage Company’s general Co-ordination & Administrative Support.
  • Handle tasks like Appointments, Courier Services & Attendance of the employees.
  • Maintain managing director’s appointment for office staffs and outside guests.
  • Make outbound calls from company database, search and record different types of information in the database for future use.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 27 years
  • Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
