    ELKON Building Materials Company, is one of the fast-growing Construction Admixture manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, is in the process of expanding its operation into the trade market. ELKON Building Materials Company is looking for a smart & self motivated Front Desk Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities

  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Receive visitors, guests, customers or their representatives and attend as required.
  • Skills Required: Front Desk work, Face to Face Customer Support & Care, Good communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Customer service orientation, and Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Maintain Front desk management & Conference room management
  • Handle phone calls incoming/out going with greetings in a professional way.
  • Counsel to visitor queries over phone or face to face.
  • Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
  • Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
  • Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
  • Should be well conversant in phone calls.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Receptionist/ Front Desk
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Should be a self-starter and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Good problem solving skills.
