Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatching them to the concerned.
  • To be responsible for receiving phone calls, and messages and dispatching them to the concerned.
  • Maintaining records related to Front Desk Office.
  • Ensure all other systems are in place and well-functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
  • Answering screening and forwarding and keeping records of incoming and outgoing phone calls and messages.
  • To face incoming visitors’ queries.
  • Process & keep a record of all incoming-outgoing letters, documents, etc.
  • Work in a team to ensure the best client service.
  • Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Training/Trade Course: Computer,Office Management
  • Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Telecommunication

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Corporate front Desk, Front Desk Management, Receptionist/ Front Desk

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
