Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatching them to the concerned.
To be responsible for receiving phone calls, and messages and dispatching them to the concerned.
Maintaining records related to Front Desk Office.
Ensure all other systems are in place and well-functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
Answering screening and forwarding and keeping records of incoming and outgoing phone calls and messages.
To face incoming visitors’ queries.
Process & keep a record of all incoming-outgoing letters, documents, etc.
Work in a team to ensure the best client service.
Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
Other tasks as assigned.
