We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will provide excellent customer service. The Receptionist will also assist with office administration duties, including serving food and coffee to the CEO and other senior staff members.
Job Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate staff members
Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Help senior staff members with food and coffee service, including preparing and serving beverages and snacks
Keep inventory of office and kitchen supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with other office administration duties as needed
