Job Context

    Neways International Company Limited has been invented a completely different type of hostel (SUPER HOME) for bachelors by replacing the traditional hostel. Where have 1/3/7/15/30 days, monthly packages from economy to VIP bedding system with AC room, 3 times meal (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) & 30+ facility included.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
  • Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
  • Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.
  • You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service, maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.
