Job Context

• LEISURE PALONGKI; Sea front restaurant, Inani, Cox`s Bazar.
• Job Location : Inani, Cox`s Bazar.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring that day to day sales targets are met.
• Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering, and developing the restaurant team members.
• Controlling profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing.
• financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Ensuring that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to.
• Ensuring compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Only Restaurant background candidates are eligible to apply.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in restaurant.
