Job Context

    We are looking for hard working, self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage a small organization`s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily business operations
  • Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements (monthly accounts, day to day transactions, payable and receivables, bank reconciliation, banking, cash, asset, inventory, Tax and VAT and Audit)
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Training low-level managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Analysing accounting and financial data.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations.

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or a Masters in Business Administration, ICMA or CA completed.

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 9 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Age 25 to 60 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • A strong Accounts knowledge and 8 years work experience is a MUST.

Job Location

  • Tk. 50000 – 55000 (Monthly)
