Job Context

• An experienced General Manager is wanted for a reputed Liaison office. The candidate should be at least University Graduate from a government registered Institution and at least (10) ten years experience at various sector in a reputed Garment or same standard Industry as a Division Manager, QA & Textile or Quality Manager, Textile or Production Manager. We will strongly prefer various professional certificates from various courses and we will prefer to have an experience including strategy development, quality assurance, supplier management, product development, supply chain infrastructure and financial planning, ensuring all products sourced and manufactured meet our customers` high standards.
• As a General Manager he/she has to be capability to act all deeds and things for and on behalf of the company including Bank Accounts, Government authority, and all such other company`s activities as may be necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Head of QA team and QC team.
• Responsible for implementing and guiding of all quality standards.
• Leading and supporting all sample checking, fitting tests and paper pattern development.
• Guiding sample comments and supplier communication.
• Communicating with internal and external departments.
• Ensuring product quality as per client’s requirement.
• Motivating and teaching the team members while implementing knowledge-sharing meeting.
• Travelling to customers and suppliers to relationships.
• To be capability to act all deeds and things for and on behalf of the company including Bank Accounts, Government authority, and all such other company’s activities as may be necessary.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate from a government registered Institution.
• Certified Garment Technician.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Written and verbal skills in English
• Basic knowledge in Spanish
• Basic Knowledge in Bangla
