Job Responsibilities

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive
  • coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
  • general administration
  • troubleshooting
  • taking reservations
  • fostering positive customer relations
  • recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • optimizing workflow and productivity
  • monitoring product quality and handling vendors
  • ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
  • establishing and maintaining policies and protocols
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Convention center, Restaurant, Sports Complex.
  • Skills Required: Administration, Management, Training & Development
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
