    We are looking for a General Manager/Deputy General Manager, whose primary responsibility is to run the operation of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate all the departments of the company
  • Design strategy and set goals for the growth of the company
  • Attend negotiation meeting with the clients
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees’ work productively and develop professionalism
  • Oversee recruitment and training of the staffs
  • Evaluate the modality of the operations
  • Prepare regular reports for the management
