Job Context

    This role will be responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, benefits management succession planning, compensation, employee recognition, morale, and compliance. This role will also include designing innovative systems and methods towards an inclusive organizational culture with equitable practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading and driving forward the People Strategy, with its three simple objectives:
  • Get the right people in the right places at the right time.
  • Support our people to learn, develop and progress.
  • Engage, motivate, and retain talents.
  • Ensure eligible candidates through search engine/head hunting /other source as per job requirement for the other department with effective method.
  • Administer recruitment and selection programs and processes in the line with the company’s policy and procedure and administer professional tests and screening as and when required.
  • Negotiating with selective candidates for joining and preparing relevant documents for approval of selected employees.
  • Organizing Job responsibilities, KPI procedure & assess the performance of employees.
  • Actively participate and coordinate in– performance management, succession planning, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development functions.
  • Implement the Company Service Rules & Regulations and update the same in line with relevant laws of the land.
  • Protect interest of employees and the company in accordance with the company’s HR policy and Govt rules and regulation.
  • Conduct employee induction training on time, update and maintain HRIS database.
  • Collect and coordinate information and prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory agencies and advise on the submission strategy especially for expatriate employees of the Group.
  • Develop and update administrative policies, rules, regulations and implement to the company and business units to be responsible for looking after all administrative functions.
  • Maintain close contact with departmental Head in the matters related to human resources, manpower, policies, and procedures and report regarding functional issues.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/Graduation in Business Discipline and MBA/Masters in Human Resource Management from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 15 Years of experience in the HR function, including at least Five years of experience in the Senior level position.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and diversity is highly preferred.
  • Work experience in Hospital HR will be given Preference.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Should have excellent skills in management prioritization
  • Experience with leadership and people management
  • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
