Job Context

    Candidates must have experience in Electronics Industry

Job Responsibilities

  • To Lead the After Sales Service and Customer Care team.
  • To Planning, design and develop service support.
  • To Provide best policies and implement the best services for the customer.
  • To Monitor all service engineers, customer care executives and technicians of the service center.
  • To Collect reports from service engineers and customer care executives to valuate service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing service strategy for driving the service operations and ensuring compliance as per the norms.
  • Handling the local call center operations, the systems, agents training and preparing required process for call center operations.
  • To Monitor all income and expenditure of service center and take proper steps to provide the services cost effectively.
  • To Manage Purchase of all kinds of spare parts and other necessary tools / accessories of the service center.
  • To Monitor and manage the supply chain management of spare parts and procurement process.
  • To Communicate with the foreign suppliers of our brand product for technical supports.
  • To Prepare budget of service center and customer care.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Engineering background will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Home appliances, TV/ Fridge/ AC
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 38 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Head of Service.
  • 5 years experience in handling electronic product’s after sales service.
  • Position requires effective communications skills & proactive nature.
