Job Context

The incumbent from armed forces background will get preference.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure safety and security of inside & outside the Shopping mall premises.
• To inspect and monitor deployment of guards as per roster and run a smooth administration of the security team.
• Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
• Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
• Liaison with local Govt. officials / Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
• To cooperate Security personnel recruitment as per company policy.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
• RETIRED OFFICER FROM ARMED FORCES WILL GET PRIORITY.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Security Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies, Shopping mall

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• RETIRED OFFICER FROM ARMED FORCES WILL GET PRIORITY.
• Candidate should have minimum 05 yrs. experience in similar position in large private industrial project/ Shopping Mall will get extra advantages.
• Good Knowledge on safety & security management and hazards.
• Ability to priorities and plan effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
