Job Context

• Prochito IMC Ltd., is looking to hire a Graphics Designer who is able and dedicated to being part of a creative team responsible for all aspects of image processing/editing work on the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Only applicant with the following qualifications and experience will be considered:

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate must have at least 4-5 years of experience in advertising industry.
• Candidate must know 3D
• Must show a strong artistic ability and understanding of the built environment and demonstrate skill to tell a story through an image.
• Able to guide junior designers and quality-check designs done by them.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, while working under specific time restraints.
• To responsible for designing, creating and executing concepts.
• Should have strong conceptualizing skills. Proactive thinking with an attitude to constantly upgrade and create exceptional work.
• Strong knowledge about Adobe’s Creative Suite
• Strong graphics designing knowledge and proven ability to use a variety of software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solution to create motion graphics.
• Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
• Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
• Experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts will get preference.
• If you have a nice portfolio but not an adequate educational qualification, you may still apply for this position.

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Candidate must know 3D
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Creative Design, Drawing skills
• At least 4-5 years of experience in advertising industry
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be capable to be work with under pressure.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Creating multimedia content, skill on motion graphics are additional requirements
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
