Job Context

The Graphic Designer – Digital is accountable for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and artworks for various digital creative and marketing communications related campaigns. The incumbent will also have various project involvements with the global Design & Innovation team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Digital Creative & Marketing Communications team members to create innovative visuals from draft to final artwork, covering all content types for external and internal marketing communications
• Produce unique, creative, and artistic concepts based on the business briefs
• Ensure all visuals and presentations are in alignment with company brand guidelines/ templates depending on everyday business needs
• Evolve and sustain our brand standards, design library and style guides
• Develop material for web pages and social media
• Develop signage for office and public areas
• Liaise with external vendors for design briefing and material selection to ensure the consistency and quality of branded materials, as well as maintaining delivery deadlines
• Research and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations graphic design and future trends (concepts, fonts, layouts etc.)

• 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing/Graphic Design, preferably in a corporate environment
• Must have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD)
• Candidates having an apparel/ fashion graphics background are appreciated
• Must have good understanding of the professional level quality work of graphic design
• Passionate about illustration and original creative work
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection down to the last pixel
• Additional animation, video editing and other design software skills are desirable
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work on a continual basis
• Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and hard work ethic
• Should be well-presented, smart, and energetic
• Strong presentation and delivery skills
• Strong software abilities on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
