Job Context

• Bangladesh Football Federation is seeking a competent Grounds Manager to Planning & supervising all the grounds related activities. BFF Grounds Manager will be an integral part of the mission of BFF to ensure the ground related activities are meeting the international standard.
• As the BFF Grounds Manager, we want you to be comfortable in maintaining and supervising related equipment as well as preparing budget of all ground related activities. If you`re passionate about the job and can think of ways to add creativity to your work, we`d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning & supervising all the grounds related activities of BFF.
• Supervision of Repair works to the field & ensure the ground standard for football matches is maintained.
• Repositioning and cabling of lights to avoid interruption pre/post game (when required)
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and requirements while carrying out grounds related activities of BFF.
• Maintenance of all the vehicles and handle equipment as required for grounds maintenance operations.
• Ensure work area is kept clean, tidy and secure at all times
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, colleagues and end users
• Ensure grounds management are kept informed of any issues that may be identified
• Resolve technical or practical issues

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline. Education can be re considered for applicants having experience in this particular sector.

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience as ground manager.
• Experience managing and maintaining ground staffs in operating relevant equipment related to ground work
• Excellent theoretical knowledge of ground maintenance
• Ability to understand plan and supervise ground maintenance related activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think and act quickly
• A team player
• Attention to detail
