Job Context

  • A highly reputed 100% Compliance – All kinds of woven’s factory in ( NIPA GROUP) Islambag ,Holan Road Dhakhin khan Dhaka 1230.area is looking mentioned position :
  • Job Location: Dhakhin Khan, Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • To make and implement Company HR polices.
  • To implement KPI based performance management system.
  • Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, and departmental organization.
  • To develop and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers’ Code of Conducts.
  • To keep the factory 24/7 ready for facing different audits such as HIGG, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), , and other different social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audits.
  • To ensure precautionary measures of Fire, Health & Safety are in order.
  • To ensure proper training/awareness programs are functioning on regular basis.
  • Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
  • Liaise with other functional/ departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspect and need of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
  • Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc. as and when needed.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • MBA/M.Com/Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR & Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Textile, Garment.
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in any 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
  • Should have very good command in English.
  • The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have very good command over MS office application.
