Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Preparation of Annually & Quarterly Financial Statement
• Ensure Timely reporting to the DSE, CSE & BSEC and maintain strong liaison with regulators
• Clear knowledge about RBCA reporting
• Ensure Bank Reconciliation of CCBA
• Ensure annual VAT, Tax & compliance report
• Cash & Bank management efficiently & verify daily fund position
• Verify regular transaction, payment & journal posting
• Ensure regular smooth customer payment & deposits
• Prepare annual budget business plan & projection
• Supervising the internal control & AML/CFT compliance properly
• Managing Tax/ VAT returns and RJSC filling
• Manage annual & quarterly audit (both internal & external)
• Recording & Control over all fixed Assets
• Prepare monthly MIS report for management purpose
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
• Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC),CMA,CS
• Skills Required: IAS and IFRS

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Brokerage House, Capital Market, Experience in Banking and NBFI sector

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Sound Knowledge of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL rules & regulations
• Fluency in back office software (X-Broker) operation& MS Office applications
