Job Responsibilities

• Flight planning and accurate fare calculations.
• Holiday package planning and cost calculations.
• Hotel reservations and cost calculations.
• Vehicle rental bookings.
• Coordination with B2B
• Customer care.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized Educational Institute or Diploma in Travel/Tourism.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Should be able to competency in operating GDS preferably in GALILEO.
• Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of key airlines.
• Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of preparing package tours.
• Should be able to demonstrated knowledge in geography.
• Should be able to calculate fares and costs accurately and reissue tickets.
• Must be KPI driven.
• Must be able to demonstrate good English speaking and writing skills.
• Must be presentable and with good personal hygiene.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have a good personality.
• Must be a team player and must have good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a reputed travel agency.
