Job Responsibilities

• Managing the production team and ensuring that they stay on schedule
• Coordinating with other departments such as marketing, accounting, legal, and human resources to ensure that all areas are working together effectively
• Reviewing project budgets to determine if they are feasible based on the scope of work involved
• Managing day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure that projects run smoothly and meet deadlines
• Overseeing the budget and making adjustments where necessary to ensure that costs do not exceed income
• Ensuring that all production equipment is in good working order and that all necessary materials are available
• Directing and overseeing all aspects of a production or project, from start to finish
• Determining and organizing the best approach for each project or production, including selecting a scriptwriter or composer based on their experience and expertise in the field
• Determining the best way to promote a production, including selecting an advertising agency and creating a marketing plan
