Educational Requirements

• MBBS
• Master of Public Health or Master of Health Economics preferred

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 5 years in relevant occupational experience with international exposure (or 10 years at the country level) in the development cooperation sector
• 3 years of professional experience and in conducting trainings related to improvements in provision of medical services
• in depth knowledge of human and labour law standards and compliance at company level and in global supply chains, especially in the RMG industry
• knowledge of GIZ`s instruments and procedures as well as experience in communication with federal ministries/ policy advice and in cooperation with other donors would be an asset
• ability to work well under pressure and must be a strong team player
• must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• fluency in English is essential
• ability to work in an intercultural environment
• good organizational skills and management expertise
• strong quantitative skills
• willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
