Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services to customer expectation.
Develop, execute and evaluate departmental annual budget to stay effective and efficient.
Ensure on time recruitment of workers and supervisors at the plant for smooth plant operation.
Ensure Induction of all new employees / workers that helps adapt to new environment.
Implement all HR, Admin policies and the social compliance standards and buyer’s COC in the production floor to stay safe, more productive and compliant.
Assist Corporate HR in timely performance appraisal process.
Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism and unsatisfactory performance.
Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at plant and evaluate for improvement.
Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
Liaise with Govt and non-govt agencies like environment office, police station, fire & civil department, local clinic / hospitals, BGMEA, compliance auditors, local influencers etc to maintain work environment.
