Job Context

    The purpose of this position is to ensure day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support LHCB operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Ensure day to day smooth functioning of organizational operations and management.
  • Perform general administration and logistic services.
  • Ensure, maintain and documentize organizational assets and legal matters.
  • Maintain external and internal events and relationships.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters in any discipline.
  • Having PGD-HRM Degree will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Hospital management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    NGO

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • At least 5 years relevant NGO experience
