Job Description



Job Context

    Kite Games Studio, a leading mobile application development company in Bangladesh, is looking for human resource executives to manage and acquire human capital. The applicants must be familiar with recruitment, onboarding, organizing events, employee appraisal, and employer branding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from preparing job descriptions based on department requirements to onboarding new employees.
  • Organizing monthly department-wise events, and birthday parties. Also preparing official annual/bi-annual outings.
  • Keeping track of the employee appraisal period, and preparing relevant documents to assist the appraisal process.
  • Making an official holiday calendar based on the government gazette and management requirements.
  • Preparing and maintaining employees’ database with the latest information, along with office inventory management.
  • Monitoring employees’ late attendance. Calculate and prepare disciplinary action for late attendance, monthly.
  • Maintaining employees’ leave allocation so that the office can function uninterrupted.
  • Opening a new bank account for new employees.
  • Managing social media sites for employer branding.
  • Conducting exit-interview to find out the scope of improvement.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Employer Branding, HR and compliance, Recruitment & Selection
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, and self-enthusiast.
  • Ready to work as part of a team with minimum supervision.
  • People management and negotiation skills to reduce internal & external conflicts.
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy
  • and completeness of the information.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Taking necessary steps to make a friendly work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
