Job Responsibilities

  • Processing and dealing with day-to-day HR operations/issues of the factory as and when required. Overall, HR, administration and Operation.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the factory culture with innovation, revolution & leadership.
  • Maintain records and compile reports concerning factory personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit to central HR monthly, yearly.
  • Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the factory employees.
  • Perform administrative duties for factory executive management. Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
  • Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
  • Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
  • Checking daily attendance of factory employees and report accordingly.
  • Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process of factory.
  • Ensure that the central HR has the support it needs in factory manpower planning.
  • Maintain factory Personal files, records and keep it UpToDate.
  • Assist in factory documentation works as per requirements.
  • Coordinate Performance Appraisal of factory employees as per instruction.
  • Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Good communication skills, Interpersonal skill, Multi tasking ability, People Management

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Bangladesh Labor Law, General HR, HR Compliance, Human Resource Management
