Job Description



Job Context

    PGS, a garment liaison office, is currently looking for experienced, dynamic, and high-potential professionals for the position of its Bangladesh office.

Job Responsibilities

  • To coordinate & monitor manpower requirements as per the approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection, and placement.
  • Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management’s directions to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
  • To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • To monitor that all HR-related data, records, reports, formats, statements, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per the company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
  • To maintain the employee’s personal file with all related papers as updated.
  • Performance evaluation/KPI calculation.
  • Ensure standard operation of the human resource department.
  • Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA with a Major in HRM.
  • PGD in HR is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Buying House/Garments/MNC.
