Project summary: Shobai Miley Shikhi (Everyone Learns Together) Activity is a 5-year program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Activity will focus on supporting the Government of Bangladesh in achieving the goal of full enrollment and quality education for all its children, including those with disabilities. The Human Resource Support will support staffing activities to support Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) teacher training of 128 Master training in Dhaka and 35,000 teachers in Khulna and Kurigram for a planned duration of 8 months.

Additional Requirements
1-2 years’ experience of working with HR department in any Organization (development agency is preferred).
Solid knowledge of HR procedures.
Experience working for an international development agency on a USAID funded activity is desirable.
Experience organizing HR related meetings, workshops and other events preferred.
