Job Description

  • perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organisation
  • preparation of all documents of personal file related to recruitment, selection, employment, assessment, evaluation, postings, etc.
  • provide training to employees
  • ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures
  • planning and managing payroll, attendance and leave issues
  • update database, prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly HR reports
  • create job postings, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • assist to HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organisational development and change management
  • conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth
  • develop proper job descriptions
  • have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its amendments
  • keep liaison with govt. offices like, Education Board, BIDA and passport office
  • get actively involved with internal and external events of the school
  • taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role
  • all work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management.
  • Additional Requirements

    • Age 26 to 40 years
    • the candidate must be self-motivated and eager to learn new things
    • strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
    • excellent organisational and leadership skill, has motivational counseling skills
    • coordinate the organisation’s administration system and general workflows
    • facilitate communication throughout the School and its campuses and develop procedures to make the workplace more efficient
    • sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and emailing
    • proactive and positive attitude
    • must be able to think analytically and strategically
    • models professional and ethical standards when dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues, and community
    • meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating
    • can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
    • any gender, and person with disabilities can apply.
